UI & Service Digital Experience Designer with a reputable, High-Growth FinTech My client is looking for a talented UI & Service Designer to elevate their digital customer experience. You’ll focus on reviewing and optimising their quote-and-buy journeys and digital assets to create seamless, engaging, and high-converting experiences. What you’ll do: Assess and improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience Identify design and service issues and provide actionable recommendations Collaborate with stakeholders and define requirements for the digital engineering team Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and data-driven insights Develop hypotheses for experiments and A/B testing Key Requirements – UI & Service Digital Experience Designer: Proven experience in UI and service design , optimizing digital customer journeys. Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles . Experience defining actionable requirements for engineering teams and creating prototypes/UI designs . Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and align designs with business objectives. Data-driven mindset : monitor impact, run A/B tests, iterate based on feedback. Attention to detail, adherence to brand guidelines , and focus on enhancing customer experience and conversion . Why join?
