With 60 apartments, restaurant, café, salon, gym, cinema, art studio, medical consulting suite and 24 / 7 staffing, we provide outstanding services to people aged 70+ so that they can remain independent for as long as possible. About the role We are after a Night Concierge to join our team. A big part of your role will be keeping our space sparkling You will also ensure the smooth auditing of our finances and day operations whilst maintaining outstanding customer service for our residents. Your day-to-day duties will include : Auditing the day’s trading transactions and balance before closing Inputting refunds and adjustments into our custom-made CRM, Checked in Care Mintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the premises, including laundry, vacuuming, and mopping to ensure the building is kept in excellent condition. Assigning housekeeping, chauffeur and personal support staff for the following day, to ensure all job requests are delivered on time and are charged correctly Assist in the implementation of best practice and procedural operations Perform regular security and safety walks through the premises, ensuring that all maintenance items and hazards are recorded Respond to Emergency Nurse calls from resident apartments (1-6 per month). About you To be successful in this role, you will be : Experienced working in a Front office, Guest Services or Night Audit role Genuinely enjoy creating tidy, organized, and welcoming spaces. Known for your initiative and problem-solving skills Confident using CRMs and the Microsoft Office suite Well-presented and with excellent communication skills First Aid, CPR and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certified. If you don’t have these qualifications, we can help get them if you join the team. Our Night Concierge works as the sole staff member on-site overnight. We have a range of security measures in place as well as great coffee and sound system, but it’s essential that you’re comfortable working by yourself during your shift. Hours on Offer Permanent Part Time, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, 9 : 45pm – 7am Opportunities to pick up more shifts.
