Role Overview Crown Sydney is looking for a passionate and service‑oriented individual to join our Residential Concierge team. As a full‑time Residential Concierge you will deliver personalised customer service experiences, ensuring residents’ needs are met with care and professionalism within the ultra‑prestigious Crown Residences at One Barangaroo. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively to deliver smooth and effective daily operations of the Residential Concierge desk. Provide services on behalf of residents such as access, facilities, bookings and reservations. Provide accurate and timely information and advice to all guests and residents. Support the Hotel Concierge team with overflow, including reservations, tours and local knowledge. Follow SOPs and systems appropriately with regard to special requests and account payments. Ensure all room requirements are met and that guest arrivals/check‑ins are not delayed. Ensure data entry/admin and history records are managed accurately in MYBOS and Opera. Liaise with other departments across the hotel such as Housekeeping, Bell, Hotel Duty Managers, and Villas to ensure successful delivery of daily operational requirements. Complete daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escort guests to the deck and provide insights into the Crown Sydney resort, local area and key sights of Sydney. Qualifications & Experience Commit to shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, overnights, weekends and public holidays. Experience in a similar frontline/customer‑facing role within a hotel or residential apartment environment. Understanding of Residential or Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably MYBOS or OPERA). Proven ability and skills to provide superior customer service standards and requirements in a luxury setting. Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc). Strong ability to work with and manage multiple channels of communication and technology.
