We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.**What this job involves**We’re looking for a personable and proactive Concierge to join our team onsite at International Towers in Barangaroo You will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service through each interaction, this includes creating a welcoming and professional service within the building.**This role works a rotating roster between 7:00am – 7:30pm, Monday – Friday.***A snapshot of the role:** Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings* Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request* Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are always presentable. Report anything which requires attention* Be the ultimate host/co-host of community engagement events and initiatives, as required* Attend building events, meetings and training days as requested by building managementIf you're a self-starter, goal oriented and love building client relationships then this is the role for you You've got excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace meeting all performance targets.
