Responsibilities Build and execute strategies to capture employee experience, and analyse data to deliver actionable insights. Develop and implement retention strategies, and continuously improve the employee experience lifecycle to strengthen belonging and wellbeing. Lead the review and continuous evolution of the EVP, ensuring consistent representation across all communications and leveraging data to refine messaging. Partner with leaders to foster high-performing, values-aligned teams, and coach leaders to embed engagement practices through development programs. Lead the evolution of recognition and celebration programs, and integrate wellbeing and inclusion initiatives into the overall engagement strategy. Work closely with cross-functional partners to create compelling internal stories of progress and successes. The successful candidate brings proven experience in employee engagement, experience design, or organisational development. Crucially, this individual must demonstrate success in developing and implementing strategic retention or cultural programs within a complex, multi-site environment, showcasing the ability to drive consistent impact across diverse locations.
