People & Culture Systems & Reporting Manager Join to apply for the People & Culture Systems & Reporting Manager role at Hall & Wilcox About the Role & Team We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Systems & Reporting Manager to join our national People & Culture team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract (parental leave cover). This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, and is fully flexible with hybrid working options available. Our national People & Culture (P&C) team encompasses the full spectrum of human‑resources functions, including P&C Business Partnering; P&C Operations; Talent Acquisition; Early Careers; Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing; Learning & Development; Performance & Reward; Organisational Development; and Systems & Reporting. Reporting to the Director – P&C, you will lead the P&C Systems and Reporting function, owning existing and new people & culture systems, processes, data and reporting. P&C systems and processes (strategy, oversight and optimisation of systems and subscriptions, co‑ownership of existing and new P&C systems, continuous improvement, collaboration with IT, Finance, Payroll and Client Solutions, training and change management). P&C reporting (setting standards, live dashboards, automating real‑time reporting, designing and developing reports, producing regular and ad hoc reporting, compliance contributions). P&C data (high data standards, data cleansing and security, governance settings, data optimisation, scoping a data warehouse). Leadership (direct and cross‑functional team leadership, delegation, coaching, stretch opportunities, Smarter Law initiatives, AI curiosity, external network engagement). About You Minimum five years experience in P&C systems and reporting, P&C operations or P&C generalist roles within a professional services firm. Experience with procurement and implementation of P&C systems. Skilled in using and optimising technology systems, apps and tools. Ability to lead a team (direct reports and cross‑functional teams) and deliver on outcomes. Strong client service focus and commercial/business acumen. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong organisational skills; ability to manage competing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, building rapport and influencing stakeholders. Creative thinking and ability to introduce improved and creative ways of working. Team player who enjoys working collaboratively and can also work autonomously. Strong ethics and integrity and confidentiality.
