Orange Children Services Team Leader

Are you a skilled leader ready to step into a key role in Orange? Competitive Salary: $44.58 per hour + 12% Super Generous Salary Packaging: Tax‑free up to $15,900/year (pro‑rata), plus a Meal & Entertainment Card up to $2,650/year (pro‑rata). Exclusive employee discounts and leadership development opportunities. As a Team Leader, you will: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of support workers. Work collaboratively to ensure the effective delivery of support services for CYP with complex needs. Partner with CYP diagnosed with disability and/or complex behaviour needs to achieve their goals. Demonstrate advanced leadership, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills (including de‑escalation strategies). Motivate and performance manage a team. Adopt a person‑centred approach and work positively with diverse communities. Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community, Children’s Services or similar (or identifying as Aboriginal and willing to work toward one). Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern. Mandatory: Current NSW Driver’s licence, NDISWC, Paid WWCC, First Aid/CPR.
