Your Opportunity: As Acting Team Leader, you will temporarily take the reins to: Inspire and guide a dedicated team of support workers, fostering accountability and best practice. Lead service delivery for CYP with complex needs, ensuring person‑centred, high‑quality care. Resolve complex situations and apply effective de‑escalation strategies with confidence. Who We’re Looking For (Essential Skills): Proven leadership qualities and advanced problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to motivate, supervise, and performance‑manage team members. A deep commitment to a person‑centred approach and working positively with diverse communities. Understanding of complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health challenges. Relevant qualification (Cert IV/Diploma in Disability, Community, Children’s Services or similar) or identifying as Aboriginal and willing to pursue one. Must hold: Current NSW Driver’s Licence, NDISWC, Paid WWCC, and First Aid/CPR.
