As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the effective running of the school. Key responsibilities Leading school administration and supporting the Principal with confidential correspondence, calendar management, and school operations. Managing financial tasks such as school fees, budgeting, accounts payable / receivable, and procurement. Coordinating enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events. Overseeing staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems. Ensuring compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements. We are looking for someone who meets the following selection criteria : Strong leadership and organisation skills. Experience in school administration and financial management.
