Reporting to the Residential Service Manager (RSM), you bring strong clinical experience and are adept at managing and driving clinical services to ensure positive outcomes for our clients, ensuring compliance with national aged care standards, infection control and understanding of AnAcc. In addition, you will provide crucial support to the RSM through your strong leadership qualities, people‑management experience and business acumen to assist in driving results to meet financial and budgetary goals and fostering a culture of service‑based employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement and teamwork. You are currently looking to step up into your next role having worked in a Senior RN or Clinical Coordinator position, or you have previously worked in a deputy position but are looking for your next role in a new environment. Our team in Kelso currently has a permanent full‑time position available for a Care Services Manager to join our team.
