Warehouse Team Leader – Montu Montu is Australia’s largest healthtech business focused on alternative healthcare. Location : Mt Waverley, Victoria – full‑time, permanent position. Job Description We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Logistics team and play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our site. You’ll oversee receiving, handling, storage, picking, and packing activities—ensuring operations run to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Leading by example, you’ll motivate and support your team to consistently meet daily quotas, KPIs, and customer expectations. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, and packing. Support the Logistics Manager with site activities, planning, and reporting. Train, coach, and allocate tasks to warehouse team members. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and legal requirements. Optimise stock management using FEFO principles. Conduct stock counts, quarantine operations, and order management. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience in stock management, control, or receival. Strong computer literacy, including confident use of inventory and warehouse systems. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic. Good numeracy and attention to detail. Ability to perform manual labour (bending, twisting, lifting up to 20kg). Knowledge of medical cannabis or Schedule 8 drug warehousing (desirable).
