The Opportunity: We’re looking for a junior, detail‑oriented and math‑savvy Year 1 or 2 university student to join our Melbourne office part‑time (2–3 weekdays per week) (May increase to 4–5 days during semester breaks). Perfect for students studying Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business or Engineering — especially those interested in real estate, contracts or data analysis. This is a hands‑on entry‑level role , ideal for building practical office, accounting and compliance skills while you study. Key Responsibilities Accounting Support: Assist with reconciliations, invoices, receipts and financial summaries. Contract & Document Review: Help read, file and cross‑check property and finance contracts for accuracy and compliance. Data Analysis: Prepare, verify and interpret key figures and reports using Excel or company systems. Compliance Support: Maintain and update legal and regulatory documentation. Office Administration: Support daily operations, filing and document organisation. CRM & Database Updates: Keep records accurate in ZOHO CRM, XERO and PropertyMe. Customer Service: Answer calls and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner. Ad‑hoc Tasks: Assist management with projects and reporting as needed. Is Organised & Detail‑Oriented: A strong eye for detail and solid time management will help you smash your goals. Is Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, and interested in learning how to use tools like ZOHO and PropertyMe. If you have an interest in AI or CRM platforms, that’s a bonus Takes Initiative: You know how to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and keep things moving in a busy office. Is a Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a can‑do attitude will help you work well with others. Can Problem‑Solve: You think critically and stay cool under pressure. Is Friendly & Professional: You’re approachable, professional, and can represent the company well when dealing with clients. Is Ready to Start: You’re available to begin work immediately and can commit to at least 1 year in the role from 1st Dec 2025. Experience in office admin, customer service, or accounts support.
