Aged Care Companion-Chinese speaker needed For over four decades, we have been providing accommodation and community care services for elderly people from Chinese and Southeast Asian backgrounds, empowering them to enjoy their senior years in comfort and fulfilment. ANHF is proud to be such a well-established and widely respected provider of culturally appropriate and language-specific aged care services throughout Sydney. Responsibilities Engage in friendly conversations with elderly residents. Assist with recreational activities and hobbies. Accompany residents on short walks. Provide companionship and emotional support. Qualifications Proficient in Chinese or Vietnamese languages. Category Seniors & Aged Care Commitment Regular - more than 6 months Type Of Work Companionship & Social Support Time Required Genuine interest in the well-being of elderly individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to commit to at least ONE hour per week. Completion of a basic orientation/training.
