Technical Test Analyst

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Technical Test Analyst to support a large-scale ICT Infrastructure program focused on networks, messaging, and voice/telephony systems. You’ll work closely with infrastructure engineers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure complex network infrastructure, messaging platforms, and telephony systems are thoroughly tested, secure, and ready for deployment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in network testing (Cisco, Checkpoint firewalls), messaging systems (Alcatel, Coris, Mobicall), and voice/telephony environments (Alcatel, Crystal hardware, PABX, DECT). Key Responsibilities Review and analyse complex ICT infrastructure functional and non-functional requirements across network, messaging, and telephony domains. Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and compliance. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and technical presentations. Produce test summary reports, defect logs, and quality assurance documentation. Maintain and report work products in JIRA/Zephyr. Skills and Experience Essential 8+ years’ testing experience across ICT infrastructure, network, and/or health-technology projects. Proven understanding of network technologies (Cisco, Checkpoint firewalls). Exposure to messaging (Alcatel, Coris, Mobicall) and voice/telephony systems (Alcatel, PABX, DECT, Crystal hardware). Strong experience with JIRA and Zephyr test management tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) and/or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA). Experience in large-scale government or health-sector ICT programs. Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary technical teams.
