About the role Due to multiple project awards, we now have significant opportunities in the Pilbara and are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the North West region of WA. This role is full time and operates on a 9:5 FIFO roster (9 days on / 5 days off). Key Responsibilities Demonstrate commitment, active involvement, and leadership regarding HSE, client, people, and financial accountabilities Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors Efficiently organise and supervise people, plant, and machinery resources Plan works and arrange resources and material required for jobs Liaise with senior management to ensure all activities/schedules are adhered to Ensure team members understand organisational objectives, their part in them, and are focused on development/delivery of their own relevant plans About You Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large‑scale projects is essential Electrical Trade Qualification (WA Electrical Licence) highly regarded Commitment to the environment, quality, and safety Background as an LV or HV electrician; preference for RTIO or BHP NPI/Camp works experience Outcome‑focused with a thorough understanding of factors affecting product and result Well‑developed people‑management skills Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer focus ensuring profitable repeat business Organising and planning skills Cost control and budgeting skills Knowledge of commissioning stages of HV and LV systems and sub‑systems Managed electrical reticulation/installation of underground cables and transformers Understanding of quality systems and processes (ITP's/ITR’s/ITC’s) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Internet and email Why work for DT Infrastructure Project allowances National business with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and opportunities Ability to up‑skill with training provided Diverse, energetic, and supportive workplace culture treating you as a highly valued team member Networking and exposure to a diverse range of rail infrastructure projects Organisation that promotes career progression, growth, and development Full‑time employment entitlements – penalties, annual/sick leave, paid parental leave DT Infrastructure is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that champions opportunity and respect.
