Geelong Grammar School is seeking a visionary IT Security Manager to lead our cyber security strategy and operations. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the worlds leading coeducational boarding and day schools where innovation, integrity and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. This opportunity is a full time ongoing role. About the role Drive strategic cyber security initiatives across the School Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures Lead and mentor teams to build a culture of cyber awareness Monitor threats, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance Collaborate to support the GGS Digital Strategy and Curriculum What You Bring Proven experience in cyber security leadership Strong knowledge of security frameworks, tools and technologies Excellent communication, negotiation and change management skills Relevant qualifications and certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) A courageous, curious and collaborative mindset All staff play a crucial role in enhancing the resilience and wellbeing of every student and Geelong Grammar School is committed to the safety of all students and has a zero tolerance of student abuse.
