Retail In-Store Visual Merchandiser - Chadstone Seed Heritage is seeking a creative and passionate in‑store visual merchandiser to join our flagship Chadstone team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the in‑store visual ambassador, responsible for maintaining high visual standards and creating displays that inspire and drive commercial success. If you’re ready to take the next step in your VM career and love styling product in a way that connects with customers, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities Bringing our product to life by executing flawless visual merchandising in line with concept manuals, VM updates, and brand directives. Working closely with the store manager and store team to drive visual excellence and enhance the customer experience. Leading in‑store VM execution, including store presentation, floorplans, and stock rotations. Providing feedback, insights, and ideas to ensure the store is always visually engaging and sales‑ready. Supporting new season launches, promotions, and monthly set‑ups. Assisting in training new team members on visual standards and store layouts. Monday – Friday roster. Ideal Candidate Experience in a similar in‑store VM or retail styling role. A flair for fashion and a strong eye for design and detail. Confidence using VM guidelines and creative problem‑solving skills. A qualification or coursework in visual merchandising, design or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self‑motivation, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage deadlines.
