Lombard The Paper People – Keilor Park VIC Visual Merchandiser – Party Retail (Casual, 20–38 hours per week) Location: Based in Keilor Park, VIC – travelling to stores across Melbourne. Reports to: Area Manager. Bring colour, creativity and consistency to our stores We’re a fun, fast-paced party retail business with 13 stores across Melbourne, and we’re looking for a talented and energetic Visual Merchandiser to join our small, dedicated team. About the Role: As our Visual Merchandiser, you’ll make sure every store looks bright, exciting and on-brand. You’ll help launch new ranges, refresh existing displays, and bring our party themes to life across all stores. This is a hands‑on casual role (20–38 hours per week) that involves travelling daily between stores to maintain visual standards and support store teams. Key Responsibilities: Merchandise new product lines and set up seasonal ranges Clean, refresh and maintain existing displays to keep stores looking their best Implement and relay merchandise to planograms and brand guidelines Unbox, organise and restock new shipments and promotional stock Work across 13 stores to ensure visual consistency and brand presentation Collaborate with store teams and the Area Manager to execute creative displays and campaigns Provide feedback and reporting on store presentation, layout and stock flow About You: You’re creative, practical and take pride in creating spaces that wow customers. You enjoy being on the move, working independently, and being part of a supportive, close‑knit team. Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail presentation Strong attention to detail and a flair for styling and colour coordination Excellent planning, time management and communication skills A current driver’s licence and ability to drive a company van to visit stores across Melbourne Physically capable of unpacking, moving and setting up merchandise A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done What We Offer: Casual role with 20–38 hours per week, offering flexibility and variety A fun and supportive team culture in a growing retail business The chance to shape the look and feel of our stores Tools of trade provided Creativity, independence and no two days the same Apply now with your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you’d be the perfect fit.
