Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual displays that elevate our brand and drive customer engagement. Plan and execute visually compelling store layouts, merchandising, and window displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize and implement creative merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience. Maintain visual presentation standards across all store locations, ensuring consistency and adherence to planograms. Analyze sales data and consumer trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing product placement and visual storytelling. Manage stock movement, replenishment, and clearance activities to support sales performance and inventory efficiency. Develop and maintain up‑to‑date store floorplans and visual refresh plans using design software like Adobe Illustrator. Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising best practices and brand standards. Qualifications Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail or fashion industry. Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software for creating floorplans and visual assets. Creativity and artistic flair for designing visually appealing displays that captivate customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and merchandising best practices. Familiarity with store operations and inventory management processes. Willingness to travel within the Brisbane metropolitan area to visit and work at various store locations.
