The Role: Duty Manager As Duty Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds the team together during service. You’ll keep things running smoothly, make sure customers are loving their experience, and support the team to bring their A-game every shift. Your key responsibilities Running shifts with confidence – keeping the venue humming and the team on point. Delivering exceptional customer service – because great beer deserves great hospitality. Leading and motivating the team – making sure everyone feels supported and engaged. Handling stock, cash, and general venue operations with efficiency. Solving problems on the fly – because no two days in hospitality are ever the same What We’re Looking For Hospitality leadership experience (Duty Manager, Supervisor, or similar). A passion for people, beer, and good vibes—hospitality is in your DNA. Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to bring a team together.
