Head of Events We're searching for a Head of Events who can bring our members together through extraordinary experiences, from food and wine evenings and game nights to one-of-a-kind immersive experiences you won't find anywhere else. This role is all about connection, helping our members meet, collaborate, and make memories together. You will collaborate with high-net-worth individuals, thought leaders, corporate partners, and internal teams, ensuring that every event is executed with precision, elegance, and exclusivity. You'll also help members bring their own ideas to life, supporting them to host their own events with the same polish, creativity, and seamless execution we're known for. What You'll Be Doing Curate & Execute a Premium Events Calendar – Design, plan, and manage a dynamic lineup of exclusive events, including VIP functions, speaker series, industry roundtables and bespoke network gatherings. Collaborate closely with the Head of Membership, Head of Partnerships, Marketing Manager, and Venue & F&B teams to bring ideas to life. Work hand-in-hand with our chef and external suppliers to deliver truly exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences. Support members to plan and execute their own private events within The Pillars, ensuring every detail runs smoothly, including planning, running, executing & invoicing. Ensure every event, big or small, reflects the warmth, sophistication, and exclusivity that define The Pillars experience. Produce detailed reports to the management team to enable future planning. Who You Are A passionate connector who loves bringing people together through thoughtful, beautifully run experiences. 5+ years in event management, especially in hospitality, private clubs, or member-based environments. Creative, organised, and obsessed with the details (without losing sight of the vibe). Collaborative and calm under pressure, with a natural instinct for hospitality.
