Inspired by the online game ‘Among Us’, we offer a real‑life experience in a sci‑fi‑themed world. We are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in running these thrilling games. Position Overview: We are looking for happy, friendly and diligent individuals to join our team as Game Site Operators. As a Game Site Operator, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for assisting and running ‘Saboteurs’ games at various events, including birthday parties, corporate team‑building events, and more. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our games run smoothly, providing participants with a fantastic and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Setup and Preparation: Assist in setting up the game space, including arranging props, equipment, and decorations according to the event’s theme. Game Facilitation: Oversee and facilitate the game, ensuring participants understand their roles and tasks. Answer questions and provide guidance throughout the game. Player Engagement: Interact with participants, create a fun and engaging atmosphere, and encourage teamwork and communication among players. Problem Solving: Be prepared to handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to maintain the flow of the game. Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and well‑being of participants by enforcing safety guidelines and responding to emergencies or concerns. Game Set up and Pack down: Assist in packing up equipment, cleaning the game space, and returning props and materials to their storage. 2 Keys to Being Successful at Saboteurs: Being Proactive: Be inside the games to assist players and facilitate fun. Sticking to the Schedule: Be efficient and ensure our bookings run on schedule. Qualifications: - Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. - Problem‑solving and quick decision‑making abilities. - Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
