Key Responsibilities Oversee the full project lifecycle, including design review, budgeting, delivery, and final handover Lead engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to achieve high standards in, quality, and performance Manage procurement, scheduling, financial control, and client reporting with accuracy and confidence Maintain compliance across safety, environmental, and quality frameworks Build trusted relationships with councils, developers, utility authorities, and key stakeholders What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) 10+ years’ experience across civil infrastructure, subdivisions, or major urban development Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $10M–$50M Strong commercial and contractual capability (D&C, AS2124, AS4000 etc.) Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Salary & Benefits $190,000–$220,000 + Super + Vehicle + Performance Incentives Monday–Friday schedule with minimal travel outside SEQ Clear promotion pathways , professional development, and training Supportive leadership team , solid systems, and consistent local projects Apply Now This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable tier of civil contractor and take on a senior leadership role with long‑term career progression.
