Facilities Administrator - Onsite Tasmania Evolve FM Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Responsibilities Responsible for providing high quality services achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in client facilities operations of the Department, the role is also accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM and the Department through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery. Ensuring the facilities administration service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations and established service levels and/or benchmarks. Work to defined procedures and outputs keeping Evolve FM's image and reputation at the forefront of performance of role. Assist and support the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. Qualifications Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements. Good computer and software knowledge. Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery. Have a security clearance or ability to obtain one. Able to work within defined procedures and outputs. Experience Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery.
