The Role We are looking for a Solicitor with 2–4 years PQE experience to join our reputable Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team. You will be part of a team providing support to partners, including: Representing Government clients. Attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances. What You Offer We are looking for a pro‑active litigation solicitor who will bring energy and innovation to Hicksons|Hunt & Hunt. The Ideal Candidate Will Have 2–4 years PQE Experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government Litigation. Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills. The ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high‑volume workload. Strong stakeholder experience. Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary. Strong technical skills including legal document drafting and research.
