Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of civil and commercial litigation matters, including strategy development, drafting complex pleadings and submissions, managing evidence, and representing clients through all stages of proceedings. Provide high‑level, solution‑driven advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, court rules, and procedural requirements while maintaining strong professional relationships. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior lawyers and interns, fostering their professional development and ensuring high‑quality work across the litigation team. Work closely with senior practitioners, partners, and counsel on complex matters, contributing to the firm's litigation strategy and the continued growth of the practice. Engage in ongoing professional development and thought leadership within the litigation space, with opportunities to contribute to internal training, knowledge sharing, and practice improvement initiatives. As an ideal candidate, you will possess: A strong foundation in litigation, preferably with exposure to Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Civil Disputes, Property and Leasing Disputes, and Debt Recovery. A proven track record of successfully managing cases. Over 5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a legal setting. Exceptional attention to detail and a client‑focused approach. The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a cohesive, collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded and preferred.
