Senior Digital Product Owner - Website - 12-month Fixed Term Contract Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or BrisbaneContract Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner (Website) to join our Digital Content & Website Experience team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be accountable for business performance and digital customer experience across our websites, with a focus on AAMI Insurance and CTP product. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, innovative digital journeys that uplift digital sales, service, and claims. You’ll champion the growth and optimisation of digital experiences—driving initiatives such as SEO/LLM optimisation, A/B testing, personalisation, and page redesigns. Using data-driven insights, you’ll lead significant change and embed continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Drive Digital Performance: Develop and deliver a strategic roadmap for website enhancements to optimise customer journeys and business outcomes. End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage website assets from backlog prioritisation to delivery in partnership with Technology squads and supporting teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and unite diverse stakeholder groups to deliver outstanding website experiences. Performance Analysis: Translate analytics into actionable improvements that uplift digital sales, service, and claims. Change Leadership: Lead large‑scale change initiatives and coach team members to lift capability. Risk & Compliance: Ensure all activities operate within governance frameworks and risk appetite. About You Tertiary qualifications in business, digital, technology, or related field (highly regarded). 3+ years’ experience in digital product ownership or website management with measurable results. Skilled in interpreting analytics and translating insights into meaningful product improvements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate. Strategic thinker with deep understanding of digital best practices and customer experience. Agile delivery and project management expertise. Why Join Us?
