Arts & Cultural Coordinator Location: Roseville, New South Wales. Employment type: Full-time, 35‑hour week (Permanent). Salary: $109,513.56 to $127,034.96 p/a + super. We are looking for a passionate and experienced arts & cultural coordinator to lead our arts programming and shape the cultural future of the Ku‑ring‑gai Art Centre. About The Ku‑ring‑gai Art Centre The Ku‑ring‑gai Art Centre is a vibrant community hub dedicated to inspiring creativity, learning and cultural expression. It offers an ever‑evolving program of courses, workshops, exhibitions and events for all ages, enriching the cultural life of the Ku‑ring‑gai community. About The Role The Arts & Cultural Coordinator will be responsible for the hands‑on, day‑to‑day administration and leadership of the Art Centre’s programs and operations. Your Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Managing the day‑to‑day administration and operations of the Art Centre Planning, implementing and evaluating arts and cultural programs, workshops, events and exhibitions Leading, supervising and developing staff, including performance review and training Developing and maintaining partnerships with community groups, cultural organisations and stakeholders Overseeing budgets, financial performance and identifying income‑generating opportunities Preparing marketing plans and promotional materials in collaboration with Council teams Providing high‑quality customer service and resolving issues as required Supporting continuous improvement across programs, processes and team performance Qualifications, Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in an arts‑related field and/or business administration Current Working with Children Check Significant experience in a similar arts or cultural coordination/management role Strong leadership skills with experience developing and supervising staff Demonstrated ability to innovate, lead change and improve service delivery Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills Strong organisational, time management and project management capabilities High‑level budget management and financial oversight skills Ability to develop financially viable programs in a competitive environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Benefits 35 hour working week Access to Flex Leave Novated Lease options available for private use vehicles Access to Fitness Passport Up to $100 yearly Health & Fitness reimbursement (conditional) Free confidential Employee Assistance Program Beautiful Ku‑ring‑gai Location Supportive team environment Access to a wide range of development and training opportunities How To Apply Applicants are required to address all Essential Criteria as listed within the Position Description to be eligible for an interview.
