The Opportunity As part of ongoing growth and a secured pipeline of major work, we’re looking for experienced Forepersons/Supervisors to join our Sydney team. You’ll take site ownership of a high‑profile commercial project from the ground up, working closely with an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure quality, safety and programme objectives are met throughout the build. Expect to work in a supportive, outcome‑focused environment with excellent systems, engaged leadership and high standards. Role Your Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, deliveries and logistics Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards Reviewing and interpreting construction documentation and resolving on‑site issues Working closely with consultants, engineers and subcontractors to meet programme milestones Leading site‑based meetings, toolbox talks and reporting on progress Maintaining a tidy, organised and efficient site that reflects the business’ reputation About You Trade background with a minimum of 5 years in a Foreperson or Supervisor role Proven experience delivering mid‑ to large‑scale commercial builds ($20M+) A strong communicator with the ability to lead from the front and maintain site momentum High attention to detail and a commitment to best practice in safety and quality Comfortable working with Tier 2 systems and processes (e.g. Procore, Hammertech, etc.) Calm, solution‑focused and invested in project outcomes In Return Salary package up to $180,000 + package depending on experience Long‑term career progression within a highly respected Tier 2 builder Complex, architecturally driven projects that you’ll be proud to work on A genuine team culture where your voice is heard and your efforts recognised Ongoing training, development and leadership support tailored to your growth How to Apply Reach out to Mitchell Barker by clicking apply, including an up‑to‑date resume and project list ideally in Word format.
