Customer Service / Helpdesk Officer Are you a people person with a knack for solving problems and creating great customer experiences? If you're friendly, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional support via phone and email - every interaction matters. Managing warranty requests - troubleshooting and providing after-sales support to customers with concerns regarding their installation. Coordinating with tradespeople and service providers to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Equipping customers with guides and seasonal tips to help them get the most from their systems. Collaborating across departments - from design to construction - to keep operations smooth. Upselling upgrades and components to enhance customer satisfaction and system performance. The person we need... Has proven experience in customer care, ideally within a helpdesk environment. Possesses a warm, enthusiastic attitude and a team-first mindset. Is organized and process-driven with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Is a clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal. Thrives under pressure and keeps cool when things get busy.
