About the Role As our Finance & Insurance Consultant , you'll be the trusted expert who helps customers secure tailored finance and insurance solutions - ensuring their purchase is seamless, stress-free, and backed by confidence. You'll also play a critical part in driving dealership performance and profitability. What You'll Do Present finance, insurance, and car care options with clarity and professionalism. Build finance packages that fit customers' needs and budgets. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Deliver a smooth handover and an exceptional customer experience. Partner with the sales team to boost conversions and satisfaction. What We're Looking For Experience in automotive finance, lending, or insurance (preferred). A proven sales record with strong negotiation skills. High attention to detail and compliance awareness. A confident communicator who builds trust quickly. Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers. Current driver's license and the ability to gain accreditation. Why Join Waverley Toyota?
