About the Role Our dealership is seeking a driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This role plays a pivotal part in the vehicle purchase experience by providing tailored finance and insurance solutions that suit our guests' individual needs. Responsibilities Present finance and insurance products in a clear, professional manner Structure finance packages to meet customer requirements and budgets Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Build strong relationships with guests and support a seamless handover process Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction Skills & Experience Experience in automotive finance and/or insurance preferred Proven track record in sales, finance, or lending environments Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance obligations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Current and valid driver's licence and ability to gain required accreditations Full Australian Working Rights Attractive commission structure with strong earning potential Represent a high-performing, well-respected dealership Fully Maintained Company Vehicle provided Ongoing professional development and F&I accreditation support Team member discounts across automotive products and services Full-time, stable employment in a results-driven and supportive environment Wangara Kia & Suzuki is a high-performing dealership committed to delivering exceptional service.
