Learn about one of our recent grads, Barsha, Our Graduate Program Our Graduate Program is now open for newly graduated Registered Nurses (within 18 months of graduation). Places in our Program are offered on a full‑time basis, working 38 hours per week. Note: If you are unable to commit to 38 hours a week, we may be able to consider a commitment of a minimum of 30 hours a week pending placement availability. Our Program is designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive, and caring environment whilst providing you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.
