Women and Children's Pathways Program - RN Join to apply for the Women and Children's Pathways Program - RN role at Northern Beaches Hospital. About the Program This twelve‑month program rotates nurses throughout the Women and Children’s Service, including gynaecology/maternity ward, paediatrics and special care nursery (neonatal). Nurses receive protected teaching time, tasks, assessments and competencies to complete the program. At the conclusion, nurses are supported to apply for the Graduate Diploma of Midwifery at Northern Beaches, or ongoing employment in paediatrics or SCN with future opportunities to complete a graduate certificate in one of these areas. Key Responsibilities Rotate through gynaecology/maternity ward, paediatrics, and special care nursery (neonatal). Complete protected teaching time, assessments and competencies as required. Prepare for transition to graduate diploma of midwifery or ongoing clinical roles in paediatrics or SCN.
