Women and Children's Pathways Program - RN 2026 Women and Children's Health Pathway Program Northern Beaches Hospital is offering new and existing staff the opportunity to be able to transition into Women and Children's Nursing. This will be offered in the form of the 'Women and Children's Health Pathways Program'. This is a twelve (12) month program that will see you rotate throughout the various areas of the women and children's service including: Gynaecology/Maternity ward Paediatrics Special Care Nursery (Neonatal) You will be supported by a group of expert Clinical Midwifery/Nurse Educators, and Clinical Midwifery/Nurse specialists, to ensure you meet all objectives within the program. You will be allocated protected teaching time, tasks/assessments and competencies to complete, in order for you successfully complete the program. At the conclusion of the program, you will be supported to apply for the Graduate Diploma of Midwifery at Northern Beaches, or ongoing employment in Paediatrics or SCN with future opportunities to complete a graduate certificate in one of these areas. If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives’ – Enterprise Agreement 2020 – 2024, a salary ranging from $35.46 - $49.79 per hour.
