Part‑Time Junior Marketing Coordinator – Welcome Ready Holiday Homes Location: Moffat Beach, Sunshine Coast Join a growing agency and help shape our digital presence. About Us Welcome Ready Holiday Homes is a well‑established and fast‑growing holiday home and short‑term rental agency based in Moffat Beach. We manage a portfolio of quality properties and are expanding our footprint across the Sunshine Coast. Our team is collaborative, creative and committed to delivering exceptional experiences for guests and property owners. About the Role We are seeking a Junior part‑time Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing, content creation, and brand presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work autonomously in a small, supportive team. Proficiency in content management/writing, Squarespace & all social media channels required. Key Responsibilities Write and optimise property listings for Airbnb, Stayz and our website. Create and implement email marketing campaigns. Assist with digital marketing strategy and performance tracking. Update and maintain website content and branding. Support content creation, including property shoots and campaign development. Manage databases, memberships and general marketing administration. What You’ll Bring Strong writing and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach. Creativity, organisation and ability to follow brand guidelines. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small team. Experience with holiday rental platforms (advantageous but not essential).
