What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a skilled Lease Analyst/Administrator to join our Property & Asset Management team supporting the Sydney Trains portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an established lease administrator or coordinator looking to advance their career within a dynamic transport infrastructure environment. As the first point of contact with tenants, leasing executives, contractors, and our client Sydney Trains, you will be instrumental in projecting a positive image for JLL whilst managing critical leasing administration functions. An overview of the role: Lease Administration & Documentation Coordinate and prepare documentation for new leases and assignments Draft Invitation to Lease and Disclosure Statements supporting leasing executives Create briefing notes and Heads of Agreement (HOA's) for client lease approvals Prepare comprehensive lease documentation ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements Manage lease document finalisation with lawyers, including negotiations Load completed lease documents into management systems Stakeholder Management & Coordination Liaise with Sydney Trains representatives, internal leasing agents, property management teams, and tenants throughout leasing processes Manage leasing meetings, including minute-taking and distribution Maintain leasing trackers for client reviews Coordinate leasing activities for Expression of Interest campaigns Marketing & Reporting Manage property marketing across multiple platforms including JLL website, RealCommercial, Commercial Real Estate, and social media Collaborate with marketing team on EOI campaigns Contribute to monthly leasing reports Financial Administration Manage tenant holding deposits and bank guarantees for incoming and renewing tenants Handle various administrative tasks as required Sound like you?
