We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join KK Projects. The Museum of Old and New Art (Mona) challenges conventions through its eclectic and provocative approach to art and experience. KK Projects, led by artist Kirsha Kaechele, delivers ambitious creative initiatives that blur the boundaries between art, hospitality, performance, and spectacle. This role translates creative vision into operational reality. Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll transform ambitious concepts into resourced, budgeted, and deliverable projects—freeing the creative team to focus on what they do best. You'll coordinate across Mona's clusters and external partners to ensure projects land on time, on budget, and without compromise. This is a production role, not a creative one. It requires someone who thrives on logistics, budgets, stakeholder wrangling, and the satisfaction of making complex things happen. The Gig: Translate creative concepts into detailed operational plans, timelines, and budgets Develop and manage project budgets, including regular financial reporting and expenditure tracking Lead project delivery from concept through execution to post-event debrief Engage and manage external contractors, vendors, and production companies Coordinate with Mona clusters (Finance, Safety, Hospitality, Front of House, Marketing) to integrate project delivery with existing operations Develop risk management plans covering safety, logistics, and emergency response Identify roadblocks early and propose solutions before they become problems The You: Proven experience as a producer or project manager delivering cultural events, festivals, or creative projects to time and budget Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and report on project budgets Skilled at coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with event production, technical requirements, and safety protocols in cultural contexts Calm under pressure with a diplomatic approach to problem-solving Clear professional boundaries and excellent judgment about when to elevate versus solve independently If you have the requisite skills, and you seek to change both the art world and yourself, tell us how at: #J-18808-Ljbffr
