Executive Producer – Video Production We are expanding our content partnerships across the US and hiring an Executive Producer to lead a major enterprise client portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of strategic content leadership, high‑level client management, and large‑scale video production. You will shape video programs across a portfolio of businesses within the group. This includes developing long‑form, short‑form, and ongoing brand storytelling delivered through YourFilm’s always‑on production model. You will report directly to the Commercial Director of YourFilm and work with a wider team across production, delivery, creative, and operations. Travel will be required to support and build client objectives. What the job entails Content Strategy and Program Design Design structured content programs across long‑form, short‑form, and repurposed formats. Translate business objectives into clear messaging frameworks and scalable content pillars. Ensure each asset has a defined purpose and outcome for its intended audience. Executive‑Ready Video Development Shape concepts, scripts, and narrative outlines suited to senior stakeholders. Guide editors, designers, and directors with clear creative intent. Maintain quality and consistency across all video outputs. Research and Preparation Research subject matter experts, executives, and industry leaders to understand their insights and communication style. Prepare briefing packs, question frameworks, and narrative angles that elevate the conversation. Podcast experience is useful but secondary to strong interview preparation and story construction. Scheduling and Workflow Management Own the content calendar for your portfolio. Balance overlapping production cycles, approvals, and delivery timelines. Navigate AU and US time zones with clarity and consistency. Client Leadership Be a senior point of contact for the client. Lead strategic discussions and convert commercial goals into content programs. Build trust through thoughtful insight and a calm, solutions‑driven approach. Production Oversight Book and brief production crew through the YourCrew global network as required. Oversee timelines and workflows with Delivery and Account Management. Hold the quality bar across pre‑production, production, and final delivery. What experience you’ll bring Senior experience in video content, brand storytelling, or production environments. Ability to lead high‑level stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams with clarity. Strong research ability and confidence engaging with subject matter experts and executives. Experience shaping long‑form and short‑form video content. Experience managing recurring content programs or series. Comfort working across time zones and with global teams.
