You’ll travel to project sites to install, finish, and complete modules, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. At times, you’ll also be based in our Armidale factory, assisting with construction and preparing modules before they head out, offering you the best of both worlds. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, craftsmanship, and being part of a supportive team. Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone who brings: Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III) or proven industry experience Strong finishing and installation skills with an eye for detail Ability to read and interpret plans and work independently onsite White Card and solid understanding of workplace safety Willingness to travel regularly to sites across NSW (travel is essential and a great way to see different projects) Teamwork skills to coordinate with other trades and support apprentices Why Join Uniplan?
