Job Overview Yours Only is an Australian made, female founded skin and haircare brand for sensitive skin. The idea began on the back of Ashli Templer’s lifelong experience with skin and health conditions, where she couldn’t find anything on the market that suited her sensitive body and also looked cute on her bathroom vanity. Launched in August 2020 with two products, CLEAN and COAT, the line now offers a full multi‑use range suitable for the whole family. Based in Richmond, Melbourne, our days are spent creating engaging content, talking to community members and growing the brand through social presence. In 2024 we launched into over 300 Priceline stores nationwide and are looking to expand globally with a new opportunity for a Content Coordinator to join the team. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the @yoursonly and @ashlitempler TikTok channels – ideation, filming and editing, with the goal to increase reach and engagement. Work with the senior team to create content for Instagram: ideas, shooting and captions. Respond to each comment across all social media platforms, diving into conversations. Build and get to know our community through TikTok and Meta DM’s. Schedule / post all social media content. Own, grow and maintain the community Facebook page. Assist with editing performance creative with guidance from broader team. Assist the broader team in conceptualising and writing blog posts. Be on the forefront of influencers and social media trends. Desired Experience & Traits Part time (min 30 hours) or full time, depending on availability – we are flexible for the right person. Is constantly at the forefront of social media trends. Has excellent communication skills. Has experience with all social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, showcasing growth and trend knowledge. Understands using data to create strong content ideas and help with strategy. Proven success with growing reach and engagement across TikTok. Loves to be organised, and is self‑sufficient when given direction. Benefits & Working Conditions Hybrid role: work from home up to 3 days per week, and in our office based in Richmond, Melbourne. You must be based in Melbourne as we need you to shoot content IRL.
