We’re now seeking a highly skilled Manager, Cyber & Infrastructure to lead our cybersecurity posture, cloud environment, vendor ecosystem and technology infrastructure as we continue to scale. Lead major cloud, cyber and infrastructure initiatives with executive visibility. Work flexibly from Newcastle head office or Sydney. Drive innovation, uplift capability and guide our business through ongoing modernisation. What You'll Be Doing Cybersecurity Leadership Develop and oversee enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance and risk controls. Lead incident response, security operations, threat management and security awareness programs. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best‑practice frameworks. Cloud & Infrastructure Management Lead design, optimisation and governance of scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure. Oversee cloud migrations, performance optimisation and resource utilisation. Ensure infrastructure aligns with business strategy and supports organisational growth. Vendor & Partner Management Manage strategic relationships with cybersecurity and infrastructure vendors. Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure performance, value and continuous improvement. Monitor vendor performance and onboard new partners to support business needs. Cost Optimisation & Continuous Improvement Drive infrastructure cost efficiency through benchmarking, automation and optimisation. Champion operational excellence and promote emerging technologies. About You You are an experienced technology leader who brings: A strong track record in cybersecurity and infrastructure management. Expertise in cloud technologies, vendor management and cost optimisation. Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement capability. A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and building high‑performing teams.
