A supportive, dynamic work environment that rewards effort and achievement The Opportunity : We’re expanding and looking for phone-based Life Insurance Sales Brokers to join our Sydney office commencing on the 9th of February 2026 . You will receive 3 full weeks of paid training including RG146 Certification. This role is a full-time office based role. Here’s what you’ll do : Access a panel of Australia’s top 9 Life insurance providers to offer comprehensive comparison services Achieve daily sales goals and performance targets Engaging in meaningful, empathetic conversations that maintain and build trust with our customers Adhere to compliance standards and regulation About you : Self-motivated and highly driven to succeed Life Insurance experience (preferred) or strong sales experience in pipeline sales Resilient and strong problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills and team player Previous outbound sales experience (contact centre) experience is a bonus At Compare Club, we value diversity, inclusion, and equity.
