Overview Pacific Talent Partners has been exclusively retained to appoint two Non-Executive Directors to the board of a prominent ASX-listed financial services group. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the governance and strategic direction of a significant player in the Australian financial services sector. The Company: Our client is currently undergoing a period of strategic review and recapitalisation, making this a pivotal time to join and shape the future of its managed investment schemes. In a move to establish a best-practice corporate governance model, our client is seeking to appoint a majority-independent board for its organisation. Key Responsibilities As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a crucial role as a guardian of the managed investment schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of governance, maintaining independence and equity for all unitholders, overseeing compliance and risk management frameworks, and monitoring the overall operations of the schemes. About You We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced senior leaders with a strong background in funds management, real estate, or a related sector. The ideal candidates will possess: Significant prior experience as an independent Board Director of a sizeable listed or large private organisation. Demonstrated experience as a non-executive director or senior executive in a relevant industry. A deep understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management within the Australian regulatory framework. Proven ability to provide strategic oversight and independent judgment. Strong financial literacy and a commercial mindset. Impeccable integrity and a commitment to acting in the best interests of investors.
