The Role As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will work with our Food and Beverage Team to support the Venue Manager in the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations of Langland’s Restaurant & Bar and the event space Belmarine. Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest enquiries in a courteous manner and bringing your personality to light. Responsibilities Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items Provide personalised and outstanding service to all guests Open, set up and close the outlet Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu Set, clear and reset designated working areas Qualifications About you: Previous Food & Beverage experience as a Section Waiter, preferably in a hotel A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Ability to upsell food and beverage combinations and/or alternatives Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Culture We Are Team Centric.
