The Role As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to support the Venue Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, Langland’s Restaurant & Bar and event space ‘Bellarine’. Provide exceptional customer service by handling all guest enquiries in a courteous manner, bringing your personality to light, and being your true and authentic self. Responsibilities Greet, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items to guests Provide personalised and outstanding service to all guests Open, set up and close the outlet Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu Set, clear and reset designated working areas Qualifications Previous Food & Beverage experience as a Section Waiter preferably in a Hotel A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Ability to sell and upsell food and beverage combinations and / or alternatives Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Culture Statement : We Are Team Centric Team Centric brings together all departments with a “got your back” attitude.
