ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across our national footprint. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding consistent HR processes, preparing for a new HRIS rollout, and modernising recruitment strategies. This is a hands‑on role with real influence – your work will directly impact the organisation’s talent strategy, candidate experience, and ability to attract and retain top talent. DUTIES Own end-to-end recruitment activities nationally, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Build talent pipelines to support growth initiatives, particularly for the Private Wealth Associate pool. Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and maintaining timely communication throughout the process. Maintain and improve recruitment processes, from role sign‑off to final approval, including enhancing tools and resources. Develop a recruitment framework, incorporating market benchmarking and competitor analysis to ensure competitive positioning. Leverage data and metrics to monitor recruitment performance, costs, retention, and exit trends. Manage agency relationships, including negotiating terms and maintaining a preferred supplier list. Ensure fairness, transparency, and confidentiality in all recruitment activities. Collaborate with Learning & OD Lead to design and deliver graduate recruitment programs. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3+ years’ recruitment experience (in‑house or agency), ideally in professional services. Proven ability in proactive sourcing for hard‑to‑fill speciality roles. Experience with HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms. Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, able to influence and coach hiring managers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels. Initiative to identify improvements and generate innovative sourcing ideas. Ability to build strong relationships and deliver high‑quality service. Skilled in interpreting business needs and recruiting across varied roles. Knowledge of market benchmarking and recruitment analytics. Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
