About the Role As a Support Worker youll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals by providing tailored person-centred support. Whether its daily living assistance emotional guidance or community engagement your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society. Youll work across a 24 / 7 rotating roster including sleepovers active nights weekends and public holidays.
