BlueCare Clinical Nurse Community Location: Bundaberg & Surrounds Employment Status: Permanent Full Time Renumeration: $56.76 - $58.31 per hour NFP salary packaging benefits Extensive rangeof staff discounts Overview BlueCare is embarking on an exciting transformation to strengthen the provision of quality nursing care in the community setting. Join our clinical nurse team within community services supporting client care within our neighbourhood structure and providing nursing care and leadership support to other care staff. Your part in our Clinical Team As our Clinical Nurse you will be allocated a service portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through guidance and mentorship. Your experience will be used to provide exceptional care and to respond to clinical nursing issues and concerns while supporting the client’s well‑being and independence.
