Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg is an acute care hospital specialising in a broad range of procedures.Our 59-bed facility features three operating theatres, with more than 4,400 procedures completed annually. What you’ll be doingAs a Clinical Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will use your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to support patients, guide nursing teams, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practice and positive health outcomes. You’ll contribute to clinical education, mentor junior staff, and lead by example in maintaining professional standards and improving service delivery. About youYou will enjoy working in a busy and rewarding environment where you can become part of a team of professionals who take pride in providing the highest levels of patient care. To be successful in this position, you will have: Minimum 5 years perioperative (PACU/Anaesthetic) nursing experience.
